The ECHO project took part in the kick-off meeting of WINCA4TI – Water Interactions with Nature, Climate and Agriculture for Ticino, a cross-border Interreg Italy–Switzerland project launched in 2025 and focused on the integrated and sustainable management of water resources in the Ticino River basin. The meeting, held on March 21 at Villa Giulia in Pallanza (VB), brought together institutional, technical, and scientific partners from both countries for the official start of project activities. ECHO joined as a project funded under the same programme in the same area, contributing experience and best practices developed in the field of ecological transition and territorial planning. The event helped strengthen cross-border cooperation between projects sharing common environmental and sustainability goals.
