The ECHO project is realized thanks to the collaboration between research institutions, companies and associations involved in the protection of lake ecosystems. Each partner contributes with specific skills in scientific research, technical innovation or environmental dissemination.

Enerion Global

Italian company specialized in consulting and certification of projects for the management and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. In ECHO, he coordinates LCA studies and blue carbon accounting.

Minoprio Analisi e Certificazioni (MAC)

Accredited laboratory for agro-environmental analysis. It deals with the analysis of sediments, plant tissues and the quality of materials for biochar.

Proteus

Scientific association focused on Lake Como. It takes care of 3D modeling of substrates, plant reproduction and educational and environmental communication.

SUPSI – Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana

The Institute of Earth Sciences and Microbiology supports ecological monitoring and analysis in Lake Lugano and the dissemination of scientific results.
